The Care-Tzu is a cross between a Cairn Terrier and a Shih-Tzu, and it may therefore possess a mix of traits from both of the breeds from which it is descended. These dogs have a small build; they may be between 11 and 13 inches tall and approximately 16 to 20 pounds. The coat for this hybrid is usually short to medium in length, and it is typically soft and straight. Grooming needs for this dog are usually moderate.
