Bocker dogs are medium sized and come from the mixing of the Beagle and Cocker Spaniel purebreds. Normally they take on the facial features of a Beagle, but have a general Spaniel appearance.Their coats are made of short, silky, and weatherproof fur, most with a tri-coloring of black, black/brown, black/white, light brown/golden, or white/cream.

Bockers are very loving dogs, though they aren’t necessarily good for families with children as they can be difficult to train and may jump on people. They require little grooming, but a fair deal of exercise and should be walked a few times a day for extended periods.
