Shorgi Build Information
Shorgis can be black and white or tan and white. They are usually not much more than 40 pounds, but can be as small as 20 pounds, and they stand about a foot tall. Grooming is also an issue, with their thick, curling fur, but fortunately, these friendly dogs usually enjoy being groomed.

Behaviour and Personality
The Shorgi is a mix of Shih-Tzu and Corgi–either Pembroke or Cardigan Welsh Corgi–and as such is a smart, smaller-sized dog with a lot of energy. Generally, the Shorgi inherits the short Corgi legs and the Shih-Tzu’s fur and head. Shorgis tend to need plenty of exercise, and they can be protective of their owners. Intense, early training helps Shorgis tolerate other dogs and strangers.
