We are a licensed national insurance agency and act as agent of record for pet insurance carriers. We do not underwrite or issue policies; policies are owned and administered by the issuing carrier. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, your privacy rights, and how to contact us. We automatically collect technical identifiers such as IP address, device type, browser information, operating system, timestamps, and referring URLs when you access our website. We use this information for security, fraud prevention, system integrity, analytics, debugging, compliance monitoring, and to improve our services.
Not a sale of data: We do not sell personal information for money Marketing partners do not receive information necessary to complete insurance transactions and may not use shared data for their own independent purposes. We share personal information with carriers solely to fulfill quotes, applications, and policy binding. Where applicable privacy laws treat some advertising or disclosures as a ‘sale’ or ‘share,’ you can opt out.
Use of our services is also subject to our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the site, disclaim warranties, limit liability, and include dispute resolution terms. By using our services, you agree to both this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
1) California 'Notice at Collection'

We use this data for quotes, applications, billing, fraud prevention, and compliance. We do not sell personal information for money, but may share it for digital advertising (you can opt out).

3) Why We Use Personal Information (Purposes)
We use information for quotes, policy binding, payments, communications, security, compliance, analytics, operations, and legal obligations. We also use your information to provide policy documents and legally required communications electronically, unless you request paper copies where available.
4) How We Share Personal Information
We share information with carriers, service providers, marketing partners (opt-out available), legal/regulatory bodies, and in business transfers. When sharing IP addresses or other technical identifiers, we do so only with service providers and partners bound by contractual confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.
Payment card information submitted through our website is collected solely for the purpose of processing the requested transaction and is protected using appropriate security measures during transmission.
In limited circumstances, and due to technical constraints of certain third-party carrier systems, authorized personnel may manually enter payment card information into a carrier-provided secure platform to complete the transaction.
Payment card information is not retained on our systems. Such information is accessed only by trained and authorized personnel, used exclusively for transaction fulfillment, and permanently deleted immediately following successful processing.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect payment card information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
5) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential services, analytics, and advertising. IP addresses and related technical identifiers may be processed in connection with cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, and where required by law such processing is subject to user consent and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Where required by law, we obtain consent through a banner.
6) Your Privacy Choices & Rights
You can unsubscribe from emails, opt-out of texts by replying STOP, request to be on our Do Not Call list, and manage advertising preferences. Where required by law, a GPC signal will be treated as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7) U.S. State Privacy Rights Notice
Depending on your state, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale/sharing, opt-out of profiling, and limiting use of sensitive data. We provide a webform, email, and toll-free number for requests.
8) Children’s Data
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information without parental consent. We do not sell/share information of minors under 16.
9) Financial/Insurance Privacy & GLBA/State Insurance Carve-Out
Some data handling falls under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and state insurance laws, which exempt certain processing from CPRA and other privacy laws. Website analytics, marketing, and advertising data that are not collected in connection with an insurance transaction may be subject to applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including CPRA.
10) Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption and PCI-DSS compliant processing. No system is 100% secure.
11) Data Retention
Quote leads: up to 3 years; customer policy records: 7 years; cookies/analytics: 2 years. Retention may be extended by law or litigation hold. Retention periods are based on insurance regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and operational necessity.
12) International Users
We operate in the United States. By accessing from outside the U.S., you consent to data transfer and processing in the U.S.
13) Third-Party Links and Carriers
Our site links to carriers and third-party providers whose practices are governed by their policies. Review them before sharing data.
14) Communications: Email, Phone, and SMS
We send transactional and marketing emails (opt-out anytime), calls (Do Not Call list available), and SMS with consent (STOP to opt out). Marketing texts and promotional emails are only sent with your explicit opt-in consent, which is separate from the consent required to complete enrollment.
15) Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy with a new effective date and will notify you where legally required.
