The German Rex is a medium-sized cat with slender legs and a round head. It has a short dense coat that tends to curl. Its whiskers also curl, but not as strongly as the whiskers of the Cornish Rex.

These cats enjoy spending time with their humans and love to cuddle and snuggle. They are very loyal and playful. They can even be taught how to play fetch.
